If you notify us 14 days before the event you will receive a 100% refund. Within 14 days of the event we will do our best to fill your spot, and if so we will issue you a full refund. If we cannot fill the spot we will not be able to provide a refund. Thank you for understanding!
Our refund policy for traveling retreats is separate and will be posted with any retreat information.
Each teacher training has a non-refundable deposit.
We will issue you a full refund if you notify us 30 days prior to the beginning of the program (minus the non-refundable deposit).
Within 30 days of the program we do not issue refunds unless there is a medical emergency.
A lot of work goes into planning and preparing for these programs and we run them with a minimum amount of students necessary. Thank you for understanding!
All membership auto-renew. This means that when you sign up, you will continue to be billed on that date of the month until you cancel. You are never locked into a membership, you can cancel anytime. If you purchased the 30-day access pass that is a one time purchase.
Click the gear icon in the bottom right corner of the video. Select quality and choose 720p. This should help your videos run smoothly. If not, please reach out to us directly.
Login to your Hey Marvelous account and go to My Settings. Under Subscriptions you will see the option to cancel your plan. You can do this at anytime, no explanation needed.
