This 25-minute power yoga class is perfect for when you are pressed for time. We will move through a variation of sun salutations which means lots of flowing and breath connection. After that we will touch on some twists, core, and some feel-good stretching.
This 27 minute power class focuses on the posterior chain (back body). Including the glutes, back and hamstrings. This is balanced out with some front body work as well. A block (or similar item) is recommended for class.
This class is an introduction to power and/or vinyasa yoga - both flow based classes. With more explanation of the basic poses, but still enough flowing to pick your heart rate up a bit, you can level up to moderate level classes feeling more confident in the basics.
